Ordering: After you place your order, you'll receive an email within 24-28 hours from us with our "Seating Chart" template. Please follow the template as it is laid out. Names should be in alphabetical order by LAST NAME and Table Numbers should be included.

In the "Order Special Instructions” section, add your initials - only 2 letters.

Once you complete the template, you will email the file to us and we will get started on your design. Please allow 2-4 business days for proof. You get one free revision. The revision will be for minimal revisions (misspellings, etc.)

Allow 4-5 business days for printing. This time does not include shipping. You will be notified once your order has shipped.
