RETURNS + EXCHANGE DETAILS

PRODUCTS: Unused and Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item(s). Must be in its original packaging, unopened. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

Once your return is received and approved, we will issue your refund as soon as possible.

CUSTOM/SEMI-CUSTOM ITEMS: Due to the nature of the "custom and semi-custom" items in our shop, we do not offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, please email us directly at hello@taaenoelleandco.com.
